Based on the list of objects you gave, you are talking about a solar water heater panel or solar oven, not solar electric panel. You need to reflect the energy from the sun into the foil lined box to focus the heat in there. Build it solar has great projects like that, http://www.builditsolar.com/. You cannot build a solar electric panel from household objects.
